2. Hosting and technical delivery

This website is hosted on Replit infrastructure. When the site is accessed, technically required information is processed, including the IP address, date and time of the request, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser, operating system, and status and error information. This information may be stored in server logs.

Processing is necessary to deliver the website securely, reliably and without errors and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is operating a secure and functional website.

Replit is a hosting and IT service provider. Processing may take place outside the EU or EEA, particularly in the United States. The operator must verify before publication which GDPR transfer mechanism and supplementary measures apply to the specific deployment. Further information is available in Replit's privacy policy.

3. Contact form and enquiries

When you use the contact form, we process your name, company, optional industry, telephone number, email address, message, selected language, acknowledgment that you have read this policy, and the submission timestamp. The information is stored in a database to handle and document your enquiry.

Processing is necessary to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where an enquiry does not concern a potential contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling business enquiries appropriately.

The required checkbox only confirms that you have read this privacy policy. It is not blanket consent to data processing.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Within our company, personal data is accessible only to those who need it to handle the enquiry. Hosting and IT service providers may process data where necessary for operation, security and maintenance.

Where service providers process data outside the EU or EEA, transfers must meet the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, for example through an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. The safeguards used for the specific operation must be verified and documented by the operator.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant processing purpose. It is then deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

7. Cookies, local fonts and external content

Replit Analytics is planned for the published website. Once the operator enables it in Replit and republishes the site, Replit injects an Umami tracker. It records pageviews and processes network and browser information for visitor, traffic-source and device statistics. According to Replit, visitors are not persistently identified through cookies. We have not configured additional analytics events containing contact-form submissions.

The purpose is to understand usage and improve the website. Replit, the platform provider, receives analytics data. See section 2 for hosting and possible international transfers. Before activation, the operator must verify the legal basis, any consent requirement, retention periods and contractual and technical safeguards, and complete this notice. Selecting “Understood” does not give consent or disable Analytics.

We use no marketing services or external embeds. Fonts are served locally without connecting to an external font provider.
